Happy 14th Birthday Eric!

Wow 14…where does the time go!?!? Fourteen years ago today Eric Justin Delizo was born at 8:53pm. He weighed 8lbs 8.8oz and was 21 inches long. We are so grateful to have him in our lives. He’s a great boy (young man). Secretly he’s always been a mama’s boy (shh). I love that he helps me (us) before I get a chance to ask him. He’s a great big brother that looks after his little sisters and keeps them entertained. He does really well in school and gets good grades. He’s also a great athlete. It makes me sad knowing that you are growing up too fast. Then I think of what a great person you are becoming and it makes me feel so proud and happy. We wish the best for you always! Keep up the hard work! We hope you have a wonderful Birthday! We love you and appreciate you!

Great Company and Yummy Food!!!!

We fried our 1st turket this year and it tasted great! Making a cheesecake has turned into our families tradition. Eric loves it and so do I. We were also in charge of the stuffing, gravy, cornbread and deviled egss. Bob and Elena made some yummy mash potatoes, corn and the prime rib (I am not to much of a meat eater but Jeff loved the prime rib). They also had out munster cheese with crackers, grapes, cheese n bread fondue and wine while we waited for everything to be done (all so yum). Nate and Yolani baked a turkey that came out so moist (baked for 10+ hours), baked homemade mac n cheese, and the green beans. Roshelle made the caesars salad and brought the ice cream cake for Cold stone's. All so yummy to our tummys! Can't wait for next year!!!

Thanksgiving!

We had another wonderful Thanksgiving this year! We where thankful to have spent it with great friends! There was so much delicious food. We had two turkeys, prime ribs, mash potatoes, gravy, corn, stuffing, baked mac n cheese, green beans, caesar's salad, corn bread, and deviled eggs. It was so yummy! For dessert we had cheese cake and ice cream cake. I am getting hungry just thinking of it! We did miss our family though. These are a few things we are very thankful for...
